Return, Refund, Replacement & Cancellation Policy

REFUND POLICY

At Farm Studio, our objective is to provide our customers with the Best of Nature-Inspired Products and Services. However, due to logistical constraints, we are unable to offer refunds. We offer a replacement for issues like different products received or damage during transit. To be eligible for a replacement, please share an unboxing video with us within 24 hours of receiving your order (refer to the Replacement eligibility criteria listed below)

Please note that Farm Studio is not responsible for any damages that occur after delivery. All claims for damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery/ within 24 hours via email at connect@farmstudio.co.in

Whilst we work with trusted shipping partners, mishaps are not in our direct control. If you doubt a possible damage to the product please ensure you unbox the product with the video turned on for replacement eligibility. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Before Shipment

If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel has not been shipped, you can write to our customer support team at connect@farmstudio.co.in (Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM TO 6 PM our team does not work on Saturdays and Sundays)

In case of order cancellation, please contact us within 24 hours, as we ship the order the next day or within 2 days.

All cancellations are subject to a cancellation charge that includes bank transaction charge, handling, packaging, operational cost amounting to 10% of your total order value.

After Shipment dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible. 

 

RETURN POLICY

  • Suppose the product is wrongfully delivered (a different SKU than the SKU mentioned in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect. In that case, we will re-fulfil your order against the return of the product subject to the fact of such a defect being established. 

  • No refunds will be given if the customer provided a wrong or incomplete shipping address, our shipping agency made failed delivery attempts, and/or the package was refused by the recipient. 

  • The products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, if it is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery;

  • All costs of return shipping need to be borne by the purchaser (Unless the item received is defective)

 

Eligibility for Replacement

Farm Studio offers its customers a replacement only if they are eligible based on the guidelines/rules set by the Company below. You must raise a return/exchange request for a product within 24 hours of its delivery with a video of the unboxing.

Eligibility criteria:

  • For natural products, some shedding is normal and should not be considered a sign of damage.

  • If the product gets damaged in transit (damages can be caused in transit but are usually very unlikely as the products and packaging are developed to withstand transit)

  • An unboxing video is mandatory to claim shortage or damage in transit.

 

Steps to obtain a Replacement:

  • Contact our Customer Support team via e-maill to connect@farmstudio.co.in within 24 hours of receiving the order.

  • Provide us with your Order details and your request to replace  your order for the stated reason. Kindly email a video of the product (proof of damage) and the invoice for our reference. Our team will review and investigate the video & image/s and get back with a resolution within 72 hours.

  • In case the pick up of the products is warranted, we will request you to arrange for a return pick-up, and we will initiate the replacement process once the product is received on our end.

  • If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In a rare case a replacement may not be available, we will offer an alternative option. 

  • Any claims for replacement should accompany proper photographic/videographic evidence.

 

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged due to misuse. 

  • The product is tampered with.

  • Product seals are broken, the product has been used, or if it has already been opened.

  • Accessories and or parts of the product are missing/broken. 

  • If the request is initiated after 24 hours of order delivery. 

  • Unboxing video is not shared with connect@farmstudio.co.in within 24 hours of delivery

 

 

LIVE PLANT TERRARIUMS RESTRICTED DELIVERY CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Geographic Restrictions: Our Live Plant Terrariums are delicate, handcrafted items that require specialized handling. Consequently, delivery for these products is strictly limited to the following regions within India:

  • Mumbai

  • Thane

  • Navi Mumbai

2. Out-of-Zone Orders: We utilize a specialized hand-delivery network to ensure the integrity of our live products; therefore, we cannot fulfill orders for Live Plant Terrariums located outside the zones listed above. We kindly request that customers residing outside these areas refrain from placing orders for live plant products.

3. Cancellation & Administrative Fees: In the event an order is placed for delivery to a location beyond Mumbai, Thane & Navi Mumbai city limits, the Company reserves the right to cancel the transaction upon review.

Refund Policy: A refund will be initiated to the original payment source.

Deductions: A mandatory 10% administrative fee will be deducted from the total order value. This deduction is applied to recover non-refundable Razorpay gateway charges, logistics planning, and operational costs incurred by the Company during the processing of the invalid order.
