Cancellation for Products
- You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order by calling us on 9987636963 or emailing us at connect@farmstudio.co.in
In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you for the order.
- Once the order canceled, refund will be processed in the original mode of payment, which will be credited within 7 to 10 working days
Cancellation & Refunds of Your Registrations for Workshops/ Events
Note: Please note Farm Studio does not offer any memberships as of today.
All the events & workshops mentioned are only valid for the said duration. & the fees are applicable for the said event/ workshop only for the said duration.
a) Before 72 hrs from the time of the Workshops/ events / Online Service Booked - 100% refund.
b) within 48 hrs before the Workshops/ events / Online Service Booked - 50% refund.
c) No Refund within 24 hrs before the Workshops/ events / Online Service Booked - Refund will be processed in the original mode of payment, which will be credited within 7 to 10 working day.
Returns of Products:
- Seeds & Live plants are Non-Returnable products due to the 'Health and personal care/Consumable' nature of the product.
- In case you feel the order is not as per specification, please contact our team immediately within 24hrs of receiving the Order.
- In case of receipt of damaged or defective consumer durable items and non-durable items, please report the same to our team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the products.
- We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing a refund/replacement.
- Please note that we will not be liable for the courier or postal charges for the same. If you wish to send an item, please email us at connect@farmstudio.co.in & we will share the returns procedure basis the respective product. Obtain a proof of posting a note from the Post Office or courier service as we cannot be held responsible for any items not received by us:
